- The second costly disease to treat is cancer at $37.7 billion

Heart disease is the most common cause of death among women.
American Heart Association’s Journal reported that even small amounts of exercise and other physical activity will reduce the risk of heart disease.
Moderate exercising for just 150 minutes a week will lower risk of heart disease by 14%. Even less exercise than that will lower the risk.
After age 45 to 60 heart starts to stiffen. The reason is the more elastic the heart – the lower a risk of a heart disease. Exercising is the way to prevent the heart from loosing its elastic qualities.
